Many shops will not install Customer provided parts due to the risk, operational impact, and loss of part revenue. While Torqqe will install Customer provided parts, the terms and conditions of service are unique.
Torqqe will install Customer provided parts at Customer’s request. Customer acknowledges that Torqqe does not warranty Customer provided parts or labor related to the installation/removal of customer provided parts. Torqqe can not guarantee customer provided parts will fit, function, or do what Customer intends for them to do. Often it is impossible to determine if a part will even fit before extensive labor is expended on Vehicle.
Customer acknowledges that all time spent on Vehicle is billable to Customer at the current Customer Supplied Parts Labor Rate, regardless of the outcome.
